I want to chane my face into a small one .Would you pls check my pic and anther picture that i like .

It seems my zygomatic bone very wide and my jawbone/submaxilary(may be i take wrong noun,sorry) too strong. Some girls who have taken lots of surgeries in your hospital told me that if you slice the zygomatic bone too much ,then your face fresh will go down? How to stop this ? Thx!
